Park Clothing use Recorded Delivery first post by Royal Mail. Most deliveries are therefore expected to arrive within two working days delivered directly to your door.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allows you the consumer, a 7 working day cooling off period. If you wish to return the goods you have purchased from us we will gladly refund your money after receiving your return. Please notify us by writing within 7 days of purchase if you wish to refund your items.
Postage and packing:
Refunds and replacements will not include the cost of shipping back to Park Clothing, this will be at the cost of the customer. Replacement products which need to be sent from us will require the payment of postage and packing.
Delivery:
Delivery will be by Royal Mail recorded first class delivery.
All free deliveries are for mainland United Kingdom Only. For deliveries outside UK please call for pricing.
Faulty goods:
Faulty Goods will be replaced after receiving your returned product (subject to availability), Park Clothing will not charge for any additional shipping from the store.
