Boxfresh clothingBoxfresh was created over a decade ago in 1990 by a man named Roger Wade. The definition of the word Boxfresh is slang for someone or something that is new in the innovative or fashion sense. Originally derived from an impressive new pair of shoes, described as being fresh out of the box - Boxfresh! There was a chance meeting between Roger and 2 designers, Olaf Parker and Sue Denny and this proved to be the begining of a fantastic journey. Boxfresh began producing T-shirts with unique print designs thanks to Parker and Denny's creative talents. The brand took inspiration from the underground street culture which was devloping in London at the time including influences from graffiti and music. Boxfresh is now one of a select few brands who have created what is now known as British Urban Wear. It has always been a cutting edge brand using witty quips and funky designs they have stayed true to themselkves and the original ethos set out by Roger in the 90's. As a brand it has grown masively and is being distributed into the United States. Boxfresh is frequently seen on celebrities and often featured in the cult teen soap Hollyoaks. The cottons and fabrics they use are a testament to the quality of the brand because they will simply wash and wash. I often struggled to get t-shirts which were long enough for my body espesially when each time I washed them they would creep furthur up by back. Boxfresh t-shirts have never done that I can honestly say that I must have washed one paticular top at least 20 times and it's still going strong. Boxfresh carries a slick casual urban style for girls and boys of today stying true to there slogan 'we are you'!
